I’m so glad you’re here.

My journey into skincare started while I was studying massage therapy. It helped me really understand how the body and skin work together. Later, I earned my microneedling certification, which gave me professional treatment skills I could confidently use with clients.
Through meetings and training with the Korean Phamesthetics team, I was able to create the opportunity to open my own spa here in Sudbury. That experience didn’t just teach me about products—it gave me the confidence to provide safe and effective treatments and strengthened my passion for introducing Korean K-beauty to my clients.

A lot of people ask me, “Why do Korean people tend to have such great skin?”
It’s not just luck or genetics—it comes from cultural habits and daily routines.

Women my age in Korea probably have fond memories of doing skincare with their moms. Pressing and smoothing cucumber slices across the face, massaging with milk for nourishment, and applying masks made with egg whites and honey to improve elasticity and hydration.Those moments weren’t just fun—they were early lessons in caring for your skin and valuing yourself.

These habits carry into adulthood, and many of my clients treasure the time they spend on their skin.

Recently, one of my regular clients shared,
“It’s only after sending my kids off to college that I finally have the time to take care of myself.” She also says that every time she leaves my treatments, she feels reminded to take better care of herself. Hearing that makes me so proud, knowing that my treatments truly make a difference for my clients.
